Why didn’t my rest timer alert when my phone was locked?
On some mobile browsers, timers pause when the screen locks. Rest timer alerts work best while Lifto remains open.
How do I export my workouts?
Open Settings → Export Workouts to download a copy of your training data.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your stored data.
My workouts didn’t save while signed out
